Free Introduction to Meditation Workshop (DDRC)

In this 3 hour workshop you'll learn that sitting meditation is not mysterious but is a practical approach to living a happier and more loving life. It opens the door to your inner source of strength, wisdom and compassion. You'll be introduced to a variety of sitting postures and can choose the one you're most comfortable with (you can even sit in a chair). You will be instructed in an easy beginner's method of concentration, and given advice for maintaining a daily meditation practice at home. All are welcome, admission is free.
